PITTSBURGH, Nov. 18, 2025 鈥�聽黑料天堂 is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the聽聽in Seville, Spain, establishing a strategic partnership to advance international learning, cultural exchange, and professional development opportunities for students and faculty from both institutions.

The agreement was formally signed by Dr. Christina A. Clark, Ph.D., President of 黑料天堂, and representatives of SIGE, reflecting a shared commitment to fostering global engagement, immersive learning experiences, and cross-cultural understanding.

Under the terms of the MOU, 黑料天堂 and SIGE will collaborate on a range of initiatives, including semester- and summer-long study abroad programs, faculty-led programs, Spanish language and culture courses, internships, and service-learning experiences. SIGE will serve as the primary coordinator and liaison, providing access to its three affiliated partner universities in Seville鈥攖he University of Seville, Pablo de Olavide University, and EUSA Centro Universitario鈥攁nd offering comprehensive support services including orientation, housing arrangements, health coverage, academic advising, and 24/7 assistance. These programs are designed to ensure fully integrated academic and cultural experiences that build intercultural competencies, global perspectives, and professional skills.

Founded in 1982, SIGE is a leading institution dedicated to facilitating international education and cultural exchange. The institute has developed a structured framework of academic, cultural, and professional programs that support international students and faculty, offering immersive learning experiences while fostering global engagement and collaboration.
